Report Java Applet*

* Not available in low resolution mode. Change the resolution in the Change Display Settings area.

The Java applet is a versatile tool used to display reports. It provides enhanced features like the ability to move columns, copy data, list and select report pages from the history information, and display report breakdown information. The Java applet has vertical columns and horizontal rows; the information is displayed in data fields.

The Java applet's blue column headers are used to label reports and can be moved to organize a report's appearance. To re-organize the information, simply click a column header and drag it to the desired position. However, the column reorganization is temporary and will have to be repeated if you refresh the report.

The column labels give you the flexibility to sort the report in various ways. Reports can be sorted by categories such as date, trial, sales per click, totals, etc.

Simply click a column header to place up or down arrows next to the label; the arrows indicate the sorting direction.

In the example the report data is sorted by Date: The arrow points downward to indicate that the sort order starts with the most current date. Click the column label to reverse the sort order and list the data for the oldest date in the first report row.

Certain reports allow you to breakdown report information by categories; these reports have a gray Breakdown by column displayed to the left of the column header area. When you click a Breakdown By category, e.g. Date, the subsequent report will be displayed with an additional Date column.

Refer to each report's documentation for more information about the Breakdown By categories.

The Java applet allows you to view information about the date ranges, account, and breakdown categories.

Click the Information button in the toolbar to view the breakdown data.

NOTE: The Applet may appear smaller if the width of the Admin System window or the resolution of your screen changed. Click the Refresh button on your browser or reload the report page and automatically resize the Applet. The Refresh Report button on the Applet will not resize the report.

Java™ must be used on your computer or be available with your browser to load the Applet. Refer to topic Home > Change Display Settings for information about setting up the Applet. You can find general information about Java™ at http://java.sun.com.
