button located in the report toolbar to open the Download Report page.The Download Report function allows you to save a report file to your local computer. Set the delimiter and other preference options according to your requirements.
All Affiliate Admin system reports can be downloaded as a text string to a local system, PC, or laptop.
Click the Download
button located in the report toolbar to open the Download Report page.
Choose from the following options:
Download
Format - To control the text string layout, select either delimited
(.csv), html
(.html), xml
(.xml), or
excel (.xls)
from the drop-down menu.
If delimited (.csv) is selected, a delimiter selection box will be displayed. When report columns and fields are transferred into text files, delimiters are required to separate the information. Without delimiters, data files could not easily be read and imported into spreadsheet applications. Select a delimiter, Comma (,), Semicolon (;), or Pipe (|).
Using Columns - Choose the columns for the report from the List Box. By default, all columns are selected for the report. Use the Scroll Bar in the List Box to view the report fields. Click the required fields to download.
Pages - Check the appropriate Radio button to download all pages of the report or enter a page range to download specific pages. If you selected a range, type the required page numbers into the text fields.
Click the Download button to save the file to your computer.

Delimiter - Data fields are delimited by special identifiers. This may be an identifier such as comma (,), semicolon (;), or pipe (|).
