Report Data Fields

Data Fields display the report data located below the column header.

Depending on your Display Settings Setup, the fields appear slightly different.

Certain reports contain more than one value in the data fields, which allows you to look at the data by amount, percent, or other values. Dollars amounts shown in black indicate the amount is positive or greater than zero, whereas dollar amounts shown in red indicate the amount is negative or less than zero.
