In the Transaction report each reported count (#) is linked. Click on a linked number to display only those items.

Example: The original Transactions Report has a linked # in the Rebill column. Click on the 2 to receive a report listing only those 5 refunded transactions.
Field List (Transactions Detail Report)
Affiliate - Your Affiliate account number for a specific Affiliate program.
Subaccount - Your subaccount number. Subaccounts for active subscriptions are displayed in green, inactive subscriptions are red.
Date - The date when the Transaction Type (Refund, Rebill, etc.) occurred.
Type - The transaction type; this can be trial, single billing, recurring billing, rebill, refund, or chargeback.
Subscription ID - This number is automatically assigned by the system when the consumer initially signs up for a subscription.
Amount - The total Amount of the transaction listed in the Type column. These can be trials, single billings, recurring billings, rebills, refunds, or chargebacks.
Active - 'Yes' indicates subscriber accounts that are currently active; 'No' implies that the subscription ended and that consumer will not be rebilled.
Signup Date - Date the subscriber/ consumer signed up, or date of initial signup.
Trial Days - Number of days until the subscription is billed for the first time. This item is not available when viewing single billing transactions.
First Rebill Date - Day the first rebill occurred or will occur. This item is not available when viewing single billing transactions.
Subscription Length - Time that passes between rebills or when the subscription will recur. This is usually 30, 60, or 90 days.
Next Rebill - Date the consumer will be rebilled for the subscription.
Total Rebills - The total number of times the consumer has been rebilled for the same subscription.

Click - The selection of a banner or link advertisement by a consumer. The impact of Web advertisements are evaluated by how often consumers who see the ad click on it.
Refund - A transaction that has been refunded. A refund of the subscription cost at the request of the subscriber through E-mail or phone. The CCBill client can issue refunds as well. A refunded check is very similar to a credit card refund, except the refund is for an on-line check.
