The Transactions report can be viewed in more detail by Date.
Each subsequent report allows you to access more detailed breakdown information while listing the same categories as the main Transactions report: Amounts and counts of trials, single billings, recurring billings, rebills, refunds, chargebacks, total amount and count of transactions during a specified time period, clicks, and sales resulting from consumer clicks.
The example Date was created to demonstrate typical report flow for the Breakdown by Date option.
Click the Date link in the Breakdown by column to display the Transactions report sorted by transaction dates.
Click the linked day in the Date column to display transactions for a specific date:
Click the linked # in a column to review information for the specific category (Trial, Single, Recurring, Rebill, Refund, Chargeback, or Total). In the example report, we clicked on the # 1 in the Trial column to display a Transaction List report for trial subscriptions.
The Transaction List report displays your affiliate account number for a specific affiliate program and the subaccount number; subaccounts for active subscriptions are displayed in green, inactive trial subscriptions are red. For complete field descriptions, click the Transaction List link.
