The Edit Profile screen allows you to change certain account data. Information that is not editable is also displayed, like the current payout and any bonuses setup by the CCBill Webmaster.
Uneditable information is protected and can only be changed upon request. To apply, send CCBill a fax to 480.449.8823. Include a written signature from the CCBill Webmaster or yourself to authorize the change. CCBill sends a confirmation e-mail to the account e-mail address after processing the request. This usually takes 24-48 hours. Do not assume the change is processed until the confirmation e-mail is received. All account changes occur at the beginning of the following pay period.
Field List (Edit Profile)
The fields in this section allow you to quickly edit your username, site URL, and company name. Your tax id is displayed for informational purposes only.
Login - Your username for the Affiliate Admin.
Site URL - This is the base URL of the website. For example, http://www.yourwebsite.com.
Company - The affiliate's company name or business name.
Tax ID - The tax ID number or SSN (Social Security Number). The tax ID is for U.S. charges only. This is in the format 12-3456789 and is used for business billing. For personal billing, this may be the Social Security Number. This is in the format 123-45-6789. This field is not editable and contains protected information.
Name to Print on Checks - The name for your affiliate account that appears on the CCBill check. This information cannot be edited.
The fields in this section allow you to update your name, address, and email information.
First Name - The first name or given name of the account.
Last Name - The last name or surname of the account.
Address - The mailing address, i.e., street information, P.O. box, Apt number, Suite number, etc. CCBill sends the check to the address in this field. This must be a complete mailing address.
City - The city or town name for the mailing address of the account.
State - The state or province for the mailing address of the account.
Other State - If the state or province does not appear in the State field, enter it here.
Zipcode - The Zip/Postal code for the mailing address. If the address has a Zip/Postal code enter it here, otherwise enter "xx".
Country - The country for the mailing address of the account.
Email - The account's business or personal e-mail address here.
This section allows you to change your preferences regarding Webmaster e-mails and whether or not you want to show your address to the webmaster.
Receive Webmaster Emails - You may accept or refuse e-mails from the CCBill Webmaster. Select Yes to receive Webmaster e-mails. Select No if you do not want to receive e-mails from this Webmaster.
Receive email about new signups - Select Yes to receive an E-mail every time a new Affiliate signs up; select No if you do not want to be notified.
Allow Webmaster to View Your Address - Select Yes to allow the CCBill Webmaster to view your address. Select No to disallow it.
When making modifications to the account, be sure to enter the correct data. Incomplete, inaccurate information may result in a delay of the check.
Click the Update Profile button to save the information to the database.

Bonus Level Tiering - CCBill Webmasters may set up a tier system for disbursing payouts to referrers. It is used to create a promotion style set up. Up to five break amounts can be set. Individual percentages or additional dollar amounts can be set for each break amount. Bonus incentives can be defined for referrers to receive higher percentages of payouts based on a break amount.
