The Conversions report details the total number of signups for a specified time period, and the overall number of conversions that occurred for these signups. Conversions occur when consumer accounts change the billing status, e.g., initial or trial signup converts to rebill, rebill converts to second rebill, etc.
Select the account you want to review from the Linked Affiliate drop-down menu. The accounts are the different referrer programs you joined; you receive credit for directing traffic to the Webmaster site(s).
Narrow down the reported results, by selecting a Sales Type. Choose All Subscription to list conversions from any kind of subscription; choose Trials only to report only conversions from trial subscriptions.
Use the calendars to select a Start date and an End date for the report you want to review. The Date Range outlines the time period when consumers initially signed up for the subscription or trial.
To quickly select a date or date range, use the [Today], [Yesterday], or [Payweek] link.
Click the Lookup button to display the Rebill Retentions report and review the account information.
The report lists the rebill cycles for subscriptions and/or trials that started during the selected date range. The report can be broken down by affiliate.
Field List (Conversions Report)
Initial signups ($) - The number of consumers who signed up for subscriptions during the previously selected date range and the amount of the transactions (in US Dollars) processed during the initial signup period.
Trial to rebill (%) - The number of consumers who signed up for trial subscriptions that were converted into rebills and the percentage of rebilled transactions compared to the initial trial signups.
Rebill 2 (%) - The number of consumers who signed up for trial subscriptions that were rebilled for a second time and the percentage of twice rebilled transactions after the initial trial signup.
Rebill 3 (%) - The number of consumers who signed up for trial subscriptions that were rebilled for a third time and the percentage of transactions that rebilled three times after the initial trial signup.
Rebill 4+ (%) - The number of consumers who signed up for trial subscriptions that were rebilled for four or more times and the percentage of transactions that rebilled four or more times after the initial trial signup.
Gross per member - The webmaster's average gross income per consumer signup.
Average Rebill per Member - The average number of rebills per signup.
